Mexican Hot Chocolate Sourdough
This isn’t your average chocolate sourdough. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. It has a savory aspect to it and can swing either way. Abuelita chocolate infused with cinnamon, star anise, chili, cayenne pepper and molasses. Great on its own as toast with butter and also makes an excellent avocado toast with eggs.
